Research results of the optimal doses of nitrogen, terms of its application in combination with fungicide for the spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) varieties and their influence on yielding capacity and grain quality were presented. Application of nitrogen (90-120 kg of primary material per 1 ha) in combination with fungicide exercised positive influence on yield increases and grain quality. Nitrogen application in presowing cultivation stage made it possible to increase grain yield on 8,0-8,8 c/ha for Banti variety and on 8,6-9,6 c/ha for Darya variety. Divided 2-3 time application of nitrogen fertilizers (120 kg/ha) increased seed yielding capacity on 8,1-8,3% for Banti variety and on 6,4-6,9% for Darya variety. Application of alto-super fungicide at the stage of the last leaf promoted the increasing of grain yield. The highest indices (4,4-5,5 c/ha for Banti and 4,7-4,9 c/ha for Darya varieties) were stated in the variants with divided application of nitrogen (90 kg/ha). Application of nitrogen fertilizers exercised the positive effect on grain quality of spring wheat. In course of realized investigation the protein content in grain raised from 12,5 up to 15,6%, gluten content – from 28,1 up to 38,4%. Divided application of N60 at presowing stage, N30 at the beginning of booting and N30 at the phase of last leaf made it possible to obtain the maximum amount of protein (647-718 kg/ha)
