Research was spent in department of reproduction pathology of agricultural animals and vivarium of the S.N.Vyshelesskij Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine. For studying of the content of inorganic ions of potassium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, iodine samples in blood from 10 pregnant cows of one age, weight and term of assumed calving 30-40, 10-15 and 2-5 days prior to parturition have been taken. Optimum structure of components, their chemical and biological properties have been studied. The experimental samples of multicomponent preparation Pagos in which structure inorganic salts of magnesium, manganese, iodine and zinc are included. Its harmlessness, sterility, sharp and chronic toxicity has been studied, the optimum dose is defined. The control of influence of a complex mineral preparation on the content in blood of the specified bio-elements was carried out by a method of atomic absorption spectroscopy in dynamics at 16 dry period cows. Use of small doses of inorganic ions of iodine, magnesium, manganese and zinc allows to correct adaptive reactions of organism in the conditions of limiting elementary factors
