The modern methodical approaches created by modern scientists to the estimation of the level of economic efficiency of functioning of the subject are considered. The list of parameters that is investigated and analyzed for definition of the level of economic efficiency is defined. Thus, having analyzed and having systematized the basic methods of an estimation of economic efficiency, it is possible to offer the following sequence of a complex estimation of activity of the subject of managing. The most important indicators of activity of the enterprise can be reduced in three basic groups: 1. Indicators of industrial-economic activities assume an estimation of efficiency of process of manufacture as process of transformation of resources in results; 2. Indicators of a financial and economic condition are indicators of solvency, stability, profitableness, reliability; 3. Indicators of efficiency of investment activity
