For normal functioning of ruminants not less than 40% of their fodder balance should be voluminous forages among which it is possible to allocate straw as by-product of grain production. In a raw state (after grain thrashing) straw has very low fodder value. However scientific research and practical results prove possibility of increase of digestion of straw by an organism of ruminants in 2-2,5 times after its processing, having approached it, thus, to nutritiousness of average quality hay. As the biological object, a vegetative tissue of straw consists of separate cellular elements. The major components of chemical compound of cellular sides and intercellular substance are cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, in them in a small amount various fats, the pitches painting substances also contain. Reaction of straw delignification is defined by replacement by active ions of a solution of the same fixed ions of a vegetative tissue as a result of faradaic current proceeding, which size depends not only on energy of activation and temperature, but also and from quantity of the electricity proceeding through the processed mass and defined by intensity of electric field, enclosed to electrodes of the working chamber
