[To the question on scientific maintenance of perfection of the economic mechanism]

The analysis of the internal food market in a context of world tendencies shows, that at present Belarus becomes the self-sufficient country where volumes of own agricultural production almost completely provide diverse demand. Thereupon the strategy of the state directed on maintenance of national food security mainly at the expense of own production, has shown the solvency and efficiency. The world market conjuncture only confirms necessity of continuation of the course focused on stability of domestic production, and as for home market saturation and escalating of food export. The problem of maintenance of settlement incomes of the enterprises can be in many respects settled at perfection of an order of the state support. It is expedient to raise the sum of grants for agrarian production which is carried out in difficult conditions of managing. The great value for maintenance of stability of the internal food market and increase of export production efficiency is given to measures of regulation of foreign trade activities. It is established, that from the point of view of conformity to the international norms main principles of use of the state regulation mechanism in agriculture support should be: possibility of application of support measures which not begin to render adverse influence on trade; necessity of definition of admissible level of the state support, expediency of restraint for mutual trade of application of export grants, importance of definition of rational criteria of use of compensatory and reciprocal measures. At the present stage in the world regulation of quality and safety of food and food raw materials amplifies. From the point of view of production competitiveness increase it is necessary to strengthen of co-evolutionary-innovative interaction of the enterprises in agrarian and industrial complex. The model of the co-evolution-integration organization of agroindustrial complex is presented. Also the further perfection the mechanism of integration of economically weak agricultural enterprises with economically well-founded organizations is necessary. The agriculture sustainable development assumes the balanced decision of social and economic problems and problems of preservation of favorable environment and natural resource potential. It demands transition to nature protection managing on the basis of a combination of long-term ecological safety, social and economic efficiency
