For the first time in a domestic historiography attempt in a complex to investigate social and economic and political processes in development of the Belarusian village per 1980 - 2007 is done. Forms of the work organization in an agricultural production are considered, the course of realization of the Food Program of Belarus, problems and ways of reforming of collective - state - farm production in the republic, process of becoming and development of country (farmer) facilities in Belarus are analyzed. Social and economic results of agrarian transformations in Belarus on boundary of XX - XXI of centuries are brought. The basic directions of the further carrying out of land reform in conditions of transition to market economy and to realization of the State Program of Revival and Development of the Belarusian Village for 2005 - 2010 are stated
