Theoretical and methodological fundamentals of the state regulation of agrarian economy are considered, the causes are defined and necessity of state interference in economic processes of agribusiness industry is justified, foreign experience of interaction of the state and producer of agricultural production is studied. A rating to an agrarian policy conducted for conditions of transformed economy by a guiding of country is done. Recommendations on perfecting of the mechanism of the land attitudes are developed, permitting to accelerate a becoming in agrarian sector of multistructure economy with a priority of the organization - legal forms providing necessary motives of efficient managing. The proposal on perfecting of the economic mechanism in agriculture, directed on building of premises of efficacy growth of agrarian production, is done. The technique of results rating of productive and ecomonic and social development of administrative and territorial units and agricultural organizations which practical utilization will promote development of a competition, to increase of efficacy of the main branches and kinds of farm activity as a whole and on different level of the hierarchy of agraroindustrial complex is stated and approved
