[Law of development of the quality assurance system by methods of standardization and certification on the world food market]

The formation of the modern quality assurance mechanism in the agroindustrial complex of Belarus, sustainable production of competitive production assume the necessity of research the laws of the development of standardization and certification system of agrarian production on the world food market. The results of the quality assurance mechanism research in the countries with advanced agrarian are preseted. The essence and basic laws of the development of systems of standardization and certification of production as well as processes in the agroindustrial complex on the world food market is proved. Research have shown that with activization of works on joining the republic to the WTO distinctions between domestic and international practice of the technical rationing and standardization are obvious. The most essential distinction is the status of standards. These divergences serve as an obstacle on joining the republic to the WTO and also for production advancement to the world market. Studying of foreign experience in standardization area testifies that the approach of the European Union to the technical rationing and standardization is the most effective. The system of standardization existing in the republic demands the further perfection taking into account methods and standardization principles according to the international practice. In Belarus reform of the legislation in the field of standardization, certification and metrology is done. That has provided rapprochement of norms of the domestic legislation with requirements of the European Union, the Russian Federation and has given the chance to lower technical barriers in mutual trade
