[Analysis of power inputs of the technological process of separating of pedunculate forages from clamp and methods of lowering the energy consumption of forages loading, distribution and mixing engine]

Analysis of power inputs for the realization of the technological process of separating of pedunculate forages from clamp on the animal husbandry farms of the Republic of Belarus was realized. Factors exercising the most essential influence on the amount of power inputs and methods and techniques of its decreasing were analysed. Adequate choice of knife blades, types of knives, knife edge form, knife arrangement in the diametrical section of a drum, setting angle parameters were analysed. The layout diagram of the rotor type with the cutler working bodies providing the lowering of energy and metal consumption for the realization of the processes of separation of pedunculate forages from clamp and forage upload into distribution and mixing device was presented. The presented diagram also promoted the lowering of the resource intensity consumption of forage preparation on the dairy farms of the Republic. The energy consumption for the technological process of forages separation was lowered from 0,48 kilowatt/hour up to 0,43 kilowatt/hour. Comparative analysis of the economic efficiency of forages loading, distribution and mixing engines PRSK-12 and ISRK - 12F produced in the Republic of Belarus was realized
