Transformations in the agrarian sector of economy of the Republic of Belarus assume the perfection of agrarian relations and first of all their economic mechanism which methodical basis is the theory of land rent and connected with it economic, organizational, legal interests of the state and the land user. In the conditions of the market economy regulated with an allowance for the lands price established by means of supply and demand of land for the realization of industrial activity on the basis of the property right, rent, pledge. During the transitive period when the land market is not created yet, its price defined by settlement methods and also is a basic element of the economic mechanism of agrarian relations
