As world practice has shown, efficiency of functioning of agroindustrialcomplex is provided with large - scale use of achievements of scientific and technical progress. The last one becomes possible in the conditions of creation and functioning of innovative techno - park formations so called research – and - production systems (RPS). The given systems should fulfil functions of transfer of applied research to the level of workings out, and then their introductions in manufacture. Activity of the RPS will give the chance to reduce considerably duration of a cycle research - manufacture, to involve in process of introduction of scientific workings out a wide range of experts, and also machine operators and workers of farms from the organizations – participants, the organizations and control systems in them. Studying of practice of RPS management in Hungary, Russia and Belarus allows to formulate the principles of organization of the given kind of activity listed more low: self-management: independence in a choice of priorities of manufacture, processing and production realization: independence in definition of the markets material and financial resources, and also production sale; orientation of management not only on intermediate, but also on activity end results; fast reaction to changes (both positive, and negative); the relation to a human resource not only as to means, but also as to the purpose of activity: partnership of parent organization with participants of system; purpose of the head of the system on creation as it is possible the best working conditions for subordinates; use of measures of encouragement (economic, material, social); application of methods of the management directed on development in workers of system of feeling of satisfaction by the activity; development of corporate culture; expansion of industrial activity with use of innovations and science achievements
