Results of the investigation of interactions of Neoascaris vitulorum with other helminth species and animalculine in the gastrointestinal tract as well as influence of different invasion combinations on animal organism were presented. In cattle Neoascaris vitulorum in the majority of cases was associated with eimeriosis, strongylatosis and strongyloidosis. Mono infestaton with neoascaris was stated in 44,2% of cases. In course of investigation it was assumed that between neoascaris and eimeriae spp. there could be the synergetic relations due the fact that parasite dimensions, their quantity and weight of one helminth and the whole population integrally were within higher limits than in the conditions of neoascaris mono infestation. Number of Eimeria oocysts in the mixed helminthiasis was higher than in eimeriae mono infestation. The existence of the antagonistic relations between neoascaris and strongylatae spp. was assumed as the dimensions of neoascaris, their quantity and weight of one helminth were within the bonds of lower limits than in the conditions of neoascaris mono infestation. Number of male species prevailed over the female ones. The presence of indifferent relations between neoascaris and strongyloides spp. was assumed. The mixed infestations had more obvious clinical presentation and showed the worse disease clinical course with more serious alterations in the organism in comparison with the mono infestations
