[Studying of application efficiency of hyperimmune blood serum for treatment and preventive maintenance of virus pneumoenterites at calves]

Etiology, features and working out of ways of passive preventive maintenance of virus pneumoenterites at calves was studied. To increase the efficiency of specific preventive maintenance of respiratory and gastroenteric calves diseases at Vitebsk biofactory a new preparation named Blood serum for treatment and preventive maintenance of pneumoenterites at calves was developed and released. The preparation contains a high level of antibodies in the structure (titer not less 1:128) to rhinotracheitis infectious viruses, paraflu - 3 and cattle diarrheas. Blood serum manufacturing techniques provides preliminary hyperimmunization of animals - producers by viruses - vaccines for increase of level specific antiviral antibodies. Application of the new preparation is effective. At its application the hematological indicators of calves improves. The considerable quantity of antibodies, neutralized a virus, appears in an organism of sick calves, there is a favorable influence on the albumens and proteins content in blood serum of calves and on calcium and phosphorus exchange
