[Efficiency of solution of neutral anolyte against calves dyspepsia]

Investigation of acute toxicological characteristics and therapeutic efficacy of neutral anolyte against calves dyspepsia in the laboratory conditions of the Republic of Belarus was realized. At the first stage of research there was realized the study of the influence of peroral and intraperitoneal administration of anolyte solution (in dose 1500 - 5500 mg/kg) on the local stimulative action, toxicity and structure of gastrointestinal tract of the laboratory animals (mice). At the second stage of research of the therapeutic efficiency of solution of neutral anolyte (in 100 - 150 ml dose) against dyspepsia of new - born calves was realized. Research results showed that single injection of anolyte solution did not exercise any irritative action or general toxicologic effects. Inclusion of solution of neutral anolyte into complex therapeutic regimen of calves made it possible to decrease disease duration on 2 - 3 days. In experimental animals blood there was started the increasing of total protein in blood serum and lowering of blood urea. The increased number of erythrocytes, albumins and glucose and lowered degree of thrombocytes, packed cell volume, bilirubin and aspartate aminotransferase were stated. Anolyte promoted the normalization of metabolic processes, liver and kidneys functions, processes of intestinal absorption and proved to be economically effective
