Effect of 1-MCP on physiological changes of persimmon fruits during storage period

Китайский. 为了了解1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)在火晶柿果贮藏中的应用,试验以火晶柿果为材料,研究用1 μL/L 1-MCP处理火晶柿果1次(处理1)和2次(处理2)对其在低温下贮藏效果及其采后生理变化的影响。结果表明,1-MCP处理2次和处理1次的柿果达到乙烯释放高峰的时间分别较对照(未经1-MCP处理)推迟21和14 d,其峰值为对照的64.8%和70.0%,且达到呼吸峰的时间分别较对照推迟33和17 d,处理2的呼吸峰值低于处理1和对照。处理2较处理1能更有效地延缓柿果硬度的下降,减缓胞膜相对透性增加的速度,更有利于柿果保持较高的Vc含量,延缓果胶的降解速度,但两个处理均对可溶性固形物含量的影响不大。由此可见,1 μL/L 的1-MCP处理2次较1次能更有效地延迟柿果的后熟和衰老,延长火晶柿果的贮藏时间。

In order to know the application of 1-MCP in huojing persimmon hoarding fresh-keeping, experiments were conducted with fruit of huojing persimmon treated with 1 μL/L 1-MCP once and twice under low temperature for studying its physiological changes during storage period. The results indicated treatment two and treatment one, compared with CK of persimmon, delayed ethylene production peak 21 days and 14 days, and their values of peak, only reached 64.8%, and 70.0% of values of peak of CK, respectively. And they also delayed respiration peak 33 days and 17 days. The respiratory peak values of treatment two were lower than those of treatment one and CK, while treatment two was more effective than treatment one to tetard descending rate of hardness. It was also effective in slowing down the increase rate of membrane relative permeability, keeping high content of Vc, and retarding the descending rate of pectin, but effect of treatment two and treatment one on content of TSS was not obvious, which proved the persimmon fruit treated twice with 1-MCP was more effective than that treated once in postponing maturation and inteneration of persimmon and extending storage time.
