[Determination the method of measurement and the comparison of growth a few group fungi plant pathogen by in vitro culture]

The experiment was done to determine the method of measurement and the comparison of growth a few group fungi plant pathogen in vitro, from October 2002 until December 2002. The research compared three measurement methods such as the diameter of the colony, the wide of the colony, and the weight of the colony, by measuring the growth of ten fungi species plant pathogen. And the growth of ten fungi species plant pathogen is compared to each other. The result showed the method of measurement the wide of the colony was more exact than others, and the growth of the ten pathogen was different from another base on its group.
