Avian biotin ELISA for sero-monitoring of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis in cattle and buffaloes

Total 216 serum samples (161 of cattle and 55 of buffaloes) were collected to detect antibodies against IBR using A-B ELISA. Overall prevalence of IBR was 22.22; with 27.32; in cattle and 7.27; in buffaloes. The disease was more prevalent in female animals as compared to males.
