In order to knowing of some cold tolerance rice with high yielding and quality, this experiment was conducted on 4 International Rice Cold Tolerance Nurseryand#1633and control of region in a Randomized Complet Block Design with tree replications in two Region at Chitab and Pataveh for two years (2001-2002).The purpose of this investigation was to determine the high yielding and stability lines to introduction the farmers. During of growth period and after harvesting for 10 plant, tiller number, days to anthesis, days to flowering , days to maturity, plant hight, ponicle length, and effective tiller , grain yield and 1000 grain weight were evaluated. Every years analysis of variance and mean comparisons were done on grain yield of varieties.The end of second years in order to determin the genotype and environment intraction the combined analysis of variance were done , by the calculated Eberhart and Russell Method and the other stability criteria such as Environmental variance, Wrickes ecovalence, Shuklas Stability Variance, Environmental coefficient of variation, Regression Coefficien of Determination, stability variance analysis were done in orther to determine adaptation varieties. The result find out a highly variation between varieties and control in grain yield and the other traits . The result of combiend analysis showed there are significant difference between years at 5% probability level.By stability criteria stability variance analysis showed that highest stability belong to 53 and 71number genotypes. In this research the maximum grain yield in two years (2001-2002) were related to lines number 53 and 71 with average of ( 7634 , 6318 Kg/ha) respectively.This lines due to, stability and high yielding for different regions, better variety recognized. Future years were suggested these lines for introduction inter agronomical experiment.
