Character segregation in hybrids begins in F2 and goes on several generation in this stage, the different combination between parental characters are come into and necessary studies carry out about selection of single plant in different stage of growth. The plants with desirable characters including effective characters for yield increasing were selected and exposed to future generation until the pure lines achieved and the rest were omitted. The pure plot which in desirable characters had been fixed, were selected for next years experiments. At last, 89 family were selected between 188 number in F3 generation for establishment of F4 in next year.
