Determination Economic Efficiency of sugar. Beet in province Kerman (Study of Bardsir City)

The technical allocative and economical efficiency of potato farmers in Bardsir province kerman are studied to analyze the degree of farmers success in the optimum allocation of their resources and also in order to study the possibilities of increasing the production based on the available resources and factors of production. Sampeling is based on classified method in which farmers are classified into three groups and them the number of sample in each class is worked out . finally the farmer are seclected based on two stage cluster sampling method . descriptive and analytical statistics are used to describle to sample. The stochastic frontier production and cost function methods are usese to analyze technical , allocative and economical efficency. The result show the average technical , allocative and economical efficiency in Bardsir are 69%, 81 and 56 respectivety the none proper allocation of resources by farmers has lower the economical efficiency compared total technical efficency.
