La crisis energética, la creciente e incesante expansión de la demanda y las recientes modificaciones a las leyes eléctricas, son cuestiones que impactaran a los territorios que de una u otra forma alojaran esta búsqueda de independencia energética. Importantes zonas rurales verán alterada su cotidianeidad por la realización de estudios prospectivos y la construcción de infraestructuras energéticas; cada vez más eficientes, más grandes y más avasalladoras, las que van pauperizando los recursos locales a favor de un objetivo nacional, de hecho, la mayoría de las nuevas infraestructuras energéticas están localizadas en regiones del norte y del sur, sin embargo el mayor consumo se da en la urbanizada zona central. Situación que sumada a una falta del manejo sobre las externalidades locales provocadas por este interés nacional, acentúan las desigualdades territoriales preexistentes entre territorios urbanos y rurales, entre regiones tributarias y usufructuarias, pauperizando recursos paisajísticos locales sin dejar nada a cambio. No obstante, esto puede ser relativizado en la medida que las infraestructuras se contextualicen desde un comienzo como un proyecto multi_escalar, dialogando no solo con la realidad global y nacional sino también con la local, aceptando la tecnologización del territorio como un hecho que ha acompañado desde un comienzo la construcción de nuestros paisajes rurales.

The energy crisis, the growing and incessant expansion of the demand and the recent modifications to the laws electrics, they are questions that impacted to the territories that of or another form; they lodged this search of independence energy. Important rural zones will see altered its routine nature by the production of prospective studies and the construction of energy infrastructures; each time more efficient, more large and overwhelming, the ones that go pauperised the local resources in favour of a national objective, in fact, the majority of the new energy infrastructures they are located in southern and north regions, nevertheless the major consumption is given in the built_up central zone. Situation that added to a lack of the management on the externalidades local caused by this national interest, they accentuate the pre_existence's inequalities between rural and urban territories, between usufruct and tax regions, pauperised local landscape resources without leaving anything to change. Nevertheless, this can be relatives in the measure that the infrastructures be contextualized since a beginning as a project multi_scale, talking not alone with the national and global reality but also with the localities, accepting the technologist of the territory like a fact that has accompanied since a beginning the construction of our rural landscapes.
