Identification of pistachio orchards weeds in Semnan province

In a survey during 1996-1997, the number of 92 species from 24 plant families in main pistachio growing area in Semnan, Dameghan and Shahrood were collected, identified and density evalouated. The number of 20 weed species with higer population were listed and determined as 1 and 2 codes.The species are as follows: 1-Salsola Kali(L.) ,2-Convolvulus arvensisl. (L.) 3-Convolvulus cf . Pilosellaefoiius ,4-Acroptilon repens subsp austral. , 5-Polygonum avicula(L.) r., 6-Phragmites australis , (cav.) trinex steud var. australis, 7-Portulaca sp., 8-Rubia tinctoria, 9-Chenopodium album(L.) sub sp. Eu-album , 10- Chenopodium cf. murale., 11-Cynodon dactylon(L.) , 12-Echinochloa crus – galli var. submutica, 13-Cardaria draba(L.) 14-Setaria viridis(L.) , 15-Prosopis farcta(Banks and Soland .Macbr) , 16- Alopecurus myosoroides , 17-Lactuca serriola(L.) , 18-Cyperus cf. rotundus , 19-Alhagi camelarum(L.) , 20-Alhagi persarum Boiss and Buhse.
