It is essential the evaluation of advanced lines under farm conditions, with good performances in different experiment at research stations. because of the final aim of breeding programs is selecting the lines and varieties which be able to good responses to farmer requirements. Actually, on-farm trials are considered as one way of information flow between researchers, extention and farmers. In the present study at four location ( Kamiaran, Marivan, Dehgolan & Baneh ) five advanced Safflower varieties along with one check (Zarghan 279) were evaluated in farmers field in Kurdistan province. The cultivars were compared in a RCBD design with 3 replications. Based on the results from analysis variance in cultivars showed: the cultivars S-541 (741.8 kg/ha) and PI-537598 (596.8 kg/ha) performed better than the other cultivars and check (390.9 Kg/ha).Other varieties has seed yield over the check.
