In Iran to control of weeds, hand–weeding method is applied which is very expensive due to manual limitation more over cause damages toward seedling roots and consequently flaw and deficiency in both qualitive and quantitative aspects of seedlings.To make research and comparison in different weed control methods with traditional hand weeding metod an experiment in Pinus eldarica treasure of course in the from of RCBD (Randomized Completed Block Design) in four replication was conducted. Treatments was: check treatments (weed free and weed infect), mechanical control treatment (hand weeding), physical control treatment (black polyethylene film) , chemical control treatment (by trifluralin, oxyfluorfen, paraquat and glyphosat). The derived out comes of gathering required information from variation and density of weeds and dry weight also quantitative evaluation of seedlings in different process indicates that in one hand trifluralin herbicide in Pinus eldarica treasure has an acceptable efficiency in weeds control and on the other hand it is safe for them. The oxyfluorfen herbicide had a very good result and Pinus eldarica seedling were completely resistance against it. The plastic mulch treatment in weeds control point of view specially broadleaf ones had a good performance. But initially had a high expense. Considering economic aspects, chemical fight is the most beneficial method. Regarding three important factors, acceptable control of weeds, safety measures and more economic, using oxyfluorfen for Pinus eldarica treasure and trifluralin with medium dose treasures in expreimental Condition in Karaj grand nursery is the most suitable method out of others but according to various species of weeds and low persistence of mentioned herbicides a combination of chemical fight as well as hand weeding or using a post-emergence is suggested in case of possibility of decreasing expenses in usage of plastic mulch the above method would be a non-chemical successful method in weeds control.
