[The multi-ethnic aspect of feeding in school [Italy]]

Английский. The number of foreign schoolchildren in Italy is continuously increasing. The number of the Countries they come from is also increasing. At the moment, 187 nations are represented. This datum may allow us to say that we can find the world in the school. Even though Italian school may in some cases highlight several inadequacies, it is however the ideal place where children can start socialization process, cultural and food habit exchanges, that can be favoured by the lunch experience at the cafeteria. In such context it is important to know food behaviour trends of Italian and foreign students, because, on the basis of these knowledge, it is possible to develop nutrition education strategies aimed not only toward a balanced diet, but also for an harmonic growth of the different food culture identities

итальянский. Il numero degli alunni stranieri in Italia è in continua crescita. Sono in aumento anche le nazionalità di provenienza (attualmente 187), tanto da poter affermare di trovare il mondo nella scuola. E, sebbene la scuola evidenzi carenze e limiti, contribuisce comunque a stimolare il cambiamento e resta il luogo ideale per avviare percorsi di socializzazione e di scambio culturale, anche attraverso la mensa scolastica, perché il cibo è un interessante veicolo di comunicazione. In tale contesto, è importante conoscere le tendenze e il comportamento alimentare degli scolari italiani e stranieri, perché sulla base di tali conoscenze è possibile sviluppare strategie educative, volte a favorire una convivialità positiva di interscambio culturale e la crescita delle diverse identità culturali alimentari, non in antagonismo, ma in armonia
