Английский. During the last three years several farms raising cattle, river buffalo and sheep were unable to sell dairy milk due to the presence of high doses of dioxins. Twenty-four sheep (all females), randomly sampled from different herds, one abnormal foetus and 11 female sheep (control) raised at about 80 km from the area where the two exposed herds are raised, underwent a cytogenetic investigation.
