Productive aspects and acoustic levels in a modern plant for coffee roasting

Английский. During the years, the coffee acquired a great interest both economic and social. It has a steady first place in the world markets as regards the importance of trades. In Italy green coffee roasting is generally made by large industrial plants where technological innovations introduced sophisticated methods of working in the different phases of productive process. Such innovations allowed the increase of working capacity and a greater control of the product quality, but also increased the incidence of risks for worker's health. The present note intends to consider the productivity of the plant within the different phases of the work cycle and to assess the damage suffered by workers owing to exposure to the noise

Esso si trova stabilmente al primo posto, per importanza, sui mercati mondiali. Il Italia la torrefazione del caffè verde viene effettuata in generale in impianti industriali di grandi dimensioni, in cui le innovazioni tecnologiche hanno introdotto metodi di lavoro sofisticati nelle diverse fasi del processo produttivo. Tali innovazioni hanno consentito di aumentare la capacità di lavoro e di controllare meglio la qualità del prodotto, ma hanno parimenti determinato un aumento dei rischi per la salute dei lavoratori.
