The following are the standard conditions of the terracing method for tea fields planned in consideration of mechanization. The slope of a terrace is within 5deg on the short side and about 1deg on the long side, the length of a terrace is 50-100m, the width is more than 12m (considering the present slope condition), the area of a unit of terrace is 15-20a, the slope of the farm road is within 20% and the width of the road is more than 3m.
