Evaluation of commercial hybrids of sunflower in Marches (Italy) [Helianthus annuus L.]

Английский. The recent developments of agricultural community policy have forced the farmer to adopt every technical device to contain costs of cultivation and increase the returns. Concerning this, the choice of the best varieties has a leading role. The CRA - Industrial Crops Experimental Institute, Osimo (Ancona, Italy), carried out for many years trials of evaluation of sunflower commercial hybrids, monitoring adaptability and productive abilities of varieties, especially of foreign origins. In this paper, the last four years of experimentation are reported. Forty-six hybrids (16 high oleic) were experimented in 2002, 50 (27 high oleic) in 2003, 55 (28 high oleic) in 2004, 37 (8 high oleic) in 2005. All were evaluated phenologically, morphologically and at productive level. From the comparison, some important genotypes, like Isar, Mencal and Crono in 2002, Ketil, Isar, Proleic 204 and Barolo in 2003, Sanbro, Paola, Tenor PR64H41 and Olsavil in 2004, Vidoc and the new MAT 414, Linsol, Tregor, Tellia in 2005, were differentiated. From the last four years average, Barolo and Isar are distinguished for achene yield, which exceeded 30 q haE-1. In addition to these ones, other seven hybrids, Vidoc, Paola, Forte, Gloriasol, Panter, Starsol and Proleic 204, were the most productive, with a yield of more than 29 q haE-1. Proleic 204 was also the only one among the high oleic cultivars to reach a similar result

Riguardo a questo, la scelta delle migliori varietà ha un ruolo fondamentale. Il CRA - Istituto Sperimentale per le Colture Industriali, presso la Sezione di Osimo (Ancona), ha condotto per molti anni prove di valutazione di ibridi commerciali di girasole, controllandone l'adattabilità e le attitudini produttive, specialmente per il germoplasma estero. Sono stati sperimentati 46 ibridi (16 alto oleico) nel 2002, 50 (27 alto oleico) nel 2003, 55 (28 alto oleico) nel 2004 e 37 (8 alto oleico) nel 2005. Tutti sono stati valutati dal punto di vista fenologico, morfologico e produttivo. Nei confronti, si sono differenziati alcuni genotipi importanti, come Isar, Mencal e Crono nel 2002, Ketil, Isar, Proleic 204 e Barolo nel 2003, Sanbro, Paola, Tenor PR64H41 e Olsavil nel 2004, Vidoc e i nuovi MAT 414, Linsol, Tregor, Tellia nel 2005. Con riferimento alle medie del quadriennio, Barolo e Isar si sono distinti per la produzione di acheni, che ha superato i 30 q haE-1. In aggiunta a questi, altri sette ibridi, Vidoc, Paola, Forte, Gloriasol, Panter, Starsol e Proleic 204 sono risultati i più produttivi, con rese maggiori di 29 q haE-1. Proleic 204, fra le cultivar alto oleico, è stata l'unica a raggiungere risultati simili.]
