Further trials on the use of dmta-p in pre-emergence on corn weeds [Zea mays L.; dimethenamid-p; Piedmont; Lombardy; Veneto]

Английский. Spectrum, a component of the chemical group of chloroacetamides, is a compound made of dimethenamid-p (dmta-p), commercialised in Italy in an EC formulation at the dose of 720 g/l. The experiences on its utilisation described in this work are based on height field trials carried out by Basf Italia Agro Spa, during the years 2004 - 2005, aiming at verifying doses, efficacy, selectivity and possible miscibility with other products. The utilisation in the two-year field trials has produced positive results in the control of the main weeds of maize. (Echinochloa crus galli, Panicum dichotomiflorum, Sorghum halepense) and of the dicots (Amaranthus retroflexus, Bidens tripartita, Portulaca oleracea, Acalipha virginica, Matricaria chamomilla, Datura stramonium)

Le esperienze sul suo utilizzo descritte in questo lavoro si basano su otto prove condotte da Basf Italia Spa divisione Agro, nel corso del biennio 2004 - 2005, con l'obiettivo di verificare le dosi, l'efficacia, la selettività e la miscibilità con altri prodotti. L'utilizzo nelle due annate ha fornito risultati positivi nel controllo delle principali infestanti presenti nella coltura del mais (Echinochloa crus galli, Panicum dichotomiflorum, Sorghum halepense) e delle dicotiledoni (Amaranthus retroflexus, Bidens tripartita, Portulaca oleracea, Acalipha virginica, Matricaria chamomilla, Datura stramonium)
