Use of fungicides for the control of Botrytis on grapevine and role of the damages caused by berry moths on the development of Aspergillus spp. and Penicillium spp. [Vitis vinifera L.; Veneto]

Английский. During a 2-year trial, the effectiveness of some fungicides against Botrytis cinerea and other grapevine rotting fungi was evaluated. The presence of Aspergillus spp. and Penicillium spp. was assessed on berries showing, or not, damages caused by berry moths. The incidence of grey mould resulted low in 2003, but it was more consistent during the year 2004. No substantial differences of efficacy were observed among the tested spray schedules. Mycological analyses carried out during grape ripening demonstrated relevant differences between berry samples obtained from healthy or attacked by berry moths bunches. Spray schedules and the meteorological conditions of the season resulted determinant on grapes colonisation by the examined fungal species

In una sperimentazione biennale è stata valutata, sulla cv Merlot, l'efficacia di alcuni antibotritici nei confronti della muffa grigia e di altri miceti responsabili di marciumi secondari dell'uva. Lo sviluppo di Aspergillus spp. e di Penicillium spp. è stato esaminato su campioni costituiti da porzioni di grappolo con acini attaccati dalle tignole e da porzioni con bacche integre. L'entità degli attacchi di muffa grigia è risultata bassa nella prova 2003, mentre è stata più consistente nell'anno 2004. Non sono state evidenziate sostanziali differenze di efficacia tra i programmi di protezione saggiati. Le analisi micologiche eseguite durante la maturazione dell'uva hanno portato ad evidenziare accentuate differenze tra campioni di bacche attaccate dalle tignole e campioni di bacche non attaccate.
