[Broiler chicken production in organic farms]

Английский. The broiler chickens in organic farms should be grown and fed in accordance with the European Union requirements, and laws and regulations of Latvia. Currently for the organic farming in broiler chicken production they are using the crosses from the conventional farming rather than creating the new ones. In Latvia, in contradiction to the USA and European countries, farmers do trust the conventional broiler chickens' hybrids. The meat breed crosses Ross-308 and Hibro-G have been used for broiler chicken production in organic farms. The broiler chickens' keeping conditions should be equal to the biological needs of poultry. The broiler chickens must be kept in open areas and not in coops. The following requirements must be taken into account when feeding the broiler chickens: (1) the feed ration should be balanced by total amount of protein, change of energy, calcium and trace elements; (2) the feeding of broiler chickens is divided into three periods - beforehand (0-5 days old), growth (5-35 days old) and finish (36 days old until the realisation).
Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]Латышский. Bioloģiskajā saimniecībā broileru cāļi jāaudzē un jāēdina saskaņā ar Eiropas Savienības (ES) un Latvijas normatīvajiem aktiem. Pašlaik bioloģiskai putnkopībai broileru cāļu audzēšanā netiek veidoti speciāli krosi, bet izmanto tos krosus, kas audzēti konvencionālajā saimniecībā. Atšķirībā no ASV un Eiropas valstīm Latvijā zemnieki uzticas konvencionālajiem broileru cāļu hibrīdiem Bioloģiskajās saimniecības broileru cāļu audzēšanā izmanto gaļas šķirnes krosus Ross-308, Hibro-G. Broileru cāļu turēšanas apstākļiem jāatbilst putnu bioloģiskajām vajadzībām. Tos ir jātur vaļējās platībās, nedrīkst turēt būros. Broileru cāļu ēdināšanai jāievēro šādas prasības: 1) barības devai jābūt sabalansētai pēc kopproteīna, maiņas enerģijas, Ca un minerālvielām; 2) broileru cāļu ēdināšanu iedala trīs periodos - pirmsstarta (0-5 dienu vecuma), augšanas (5-35 dienu vecuma) un finiša (36 dienu vecuma līdz realizācijai).
