System of preparation of businessmen in conditions of the European economic integration

Английский. The paper provides the analysis of statistical data on the preparation of businessmen in higher education institutions of Latvia, and the need of the national economy for prepared staff. The study considers the features of preparation of businessmen in the field of economics and accounting, and underlines the necessity of the system approach. Recommendations for the content and implementation of a special course and the qualitative and quantitative business requirements as a single unity are developed. The purpose of the course is the formation of students' skills and knowledge in the field of projects development and management. The basic scheme according to which the integrity of vocational training system of businessmen can be provided is created. The essence of the scheme lies in the following: all the process of preparation of experts is focused on the formation of skills, and the skills connected with the development of 'methodical bases for designing of business', and designing of business itself. The 'methodical base' allowing every businessman to create it independently is developed with the use of special knowledge received during the studies of special courses. Further, on this basis, the project of business is developed. This scheme can be used in educational process and development of methodical materials for the improvement of the vocational training system of businessmen.

Латышский. Darbā veikta statistisko rādītāju analīze saistībā ar uzņēmējdarbības kadru pieprasījumu tautsaimniecībā un Latvijas augstskolu iespējām tos izglītot un sagatavot praktiskam darbam. Izvērtētas uzņēmēju sagatavošanas īpatnības ekonomikas un grāmatvedības jomā, uzsvērta sistēmiskās pieejas nepieciešamība. Izstrādāti priekšlikumi speciālā kursa saturam un ieviešanai, kurā iekļautas biznesa kvantitātes un kvalitātes prasības kā nedalāma vienība. Kursa mērķis – studentu zināšanu un kompetenču formēšana projektu izstrādes un vadības jomā. Izstrādāta uzņēmēju profesionālas sagatavotības vienotas sistēmas nodrošināšanas principiālā shēma, kuras būtība vērsta uz speciālistu sagatavošanu saistībā ar biznesa projektēšanas metodiku un biznesa projektēšanu. Metodikas pamatu izstrāde, kurus katram uzņēmējam jāveic patstāvīgi, tiek īstenota ar speciālajā kursā iegūto zināšanu palīdzību, kam seko biznesa projektu izstrāde. Dotā shēma var tikt izmantota uzņēmēju profesionālās sagatavošanas pilnveidošanas mācību procesā, gan mācību procesa metodisko materiālu sagatavošanā.
