Changes in floristic composition of segetal weed community in the long-term winter wheat monoculture

The field research on the weed communities in the winter wheat monoculture on the brown soil was conducted in 1998-2005. On the basis of 49 phytosociological records the list of weed species occurring in the field according to Braun-Blanquet method was worked out. During 8 years of the research 11 weed species in total were observed. The following species were observed in large quantities: Apera spica-venti, Viola arvensis, Galium aparine and Anthemis arvensis (V degree of stability), Stellaria media (III degree), Chenopodium album and Papaver rhoeas (II degree). The most dynamic changes in total plant quantity were observed for: Apera spica-venti, Viola arvensis, Anthemis arvensis and Galium aparine
