The regeneration of Picea omorika, Pinus heldreichii and Pinus peuce via adventitious bud formation has been achieved. Picea omorika has also been successfully regenerated by somatic embryogenesis while in Pinus heldreichii and Pinus peuce culture somatic embryogenesis induction was obtained.
