Cryptosporidiosis is among Escherichia coli, Rotavirus and Coronavirus, one of the four most commonly causal agents of diarrhoea in animals and humans. High level of mortality and morbidity in young and immunocompromised, unefficiency of applied therapy and easy ways to transsmision, are the reasons why agent is characterized as a clinical important pathogen in animals and humans. The aim of this investigation is to ratify the prevalence of crypto sporidiosis in domestic animals in three regions of the Vojvodina Province (Serbia). We examined 89 rectal swabs from cattle, pigs and lambs, and total prevalence was 38.2%. In cattle prevalence was 38%, in pigs 41.2% and 48% in lambs. High prevalence in domestic animals is reason to permanent survelliance of this zoonosis.
