The theory of parental pairs matching and selection of experimental lines is developed. It is established that the influence of a genotype on variability of the growth period duration is slightly; a defining role is played by the ecological conditions. The early-maturing varieties with the extended period from shoots to a heading have some advantages of productivity. For the selection estimation in the conditions of favorable humidifying it is necessary to use indicators of leaf weight in a flowering time since they correlate closely with the grain weight in an ear. The ratio of shoots weight in a ripening stage to their weight at the moment of flowering is at new high-yielding varieties considerably higher than at the released varieties. A potential mass of 1000 grains is a little influenced with the condition of growth. This index of new generation forms is higher than at released varieties. The indicators of productivity and production quality are influenced positively with the earlier terms of sowing. The early-ripening varieties are notable for the increased glassiness. The gluten content is higher in the case of the sowing after the fallow and at the sowing in early times. The spring soft wheat varieties Zlatozara and Cherniava 13 adapted to the Western Siberia conditions and possessing of the complex of economic and biologically useful features are bred. They are sent to the State quality testing and they are registered in the State Registry. The varieties Provincia and Bel are bred and transferred to the State quality testing as well.
