Tea drinks as a product of functional food

Statistics data show that all characteristics of the man health have become worse almost in all regions of Russia. And one of the main reasons of this is a consequence of the wrong feeding. The drinks are the most appropriate products for improving their characteristics since there are no serious difficulties in addition of the useful plant ingredients to them. The main purpose of present research is to work out of the new tea production technology with addition of plant ingredients. Tea product at the time of processing and storage of components were examined. Present-day quality control methods of product safety were studied. The main result of the realized examination is invention and approving according to regulatory documents of the new tea product with useful characteristics for health.
