The influence of adsorbents on activity dynamics of duodenum chime amylolytic and proteolytic enzymes was under study in vitro and in vivo. The effect of zeolite, polymer, pulp and SIO2 was tested on the Kholmogorskaya cow breed. The action of the mentioned additives is provided by enzyme s nature and conditions of reaction medium. The amylase activity was increased and the proteinases stabilized in cow s chime at feeding by zeolite (4% of combined feed). The polymer addition increased catalytic activity of cow s chime. Dried beet pulp raised the proteolytic activity and it lowered amylase activity. It also prolongated the action of proteinases and amylases that can be determined as a positive effect when used in rations. The obtained results permit to understand partially the mechanisms of action of some feed additives.
