From the historical point of view, land use has narrow connection with population density, level of agricultural technologies and level of knowledge about soil in the given time period. Level of soil conservation has connection with last two factors. Soil bonity, as an expression of value of the soil quality and also soil price, is tightly connected with level of knowledge on soil. Presently in fact everywhere on the earth is soil bonity derived from productive soil function. Nowadays knowledge on soil functions are not yet projected nowhere on the world to any kind of land evaluation. Anthropization, as man influence on soil, has several specific features. First of all it is slow, long lasting influence, way of influence is reflecting level of agricultural and forest technology in the given time period. It is reflecting also level of knowledge about soil. In the today conditions of the relative food overproduction in Europe, respect of the inhabitants to the soil as irreparable source has disappear, for construction are consumed soils with most productive and environmental functions. Solving of this very serious problem needs to enlarge education about soil on all levels, to correct laws and declarations in such way, to reflect new knowledge and to keep words and soul of soil law on local consumed and central levels.
