[Plum pox virus on stone fruits in different agroclimatic zones]

As a result of monitoring stone fruits with the aid of visual diagnostics and enzyme multiplied immunoassay, in order to reveal the plum pox virus in different agroclimatic zones of the Zakarpattya (Transcarpathian oblast), the total area of the stone fruit plantations damaged by the plum pox is found out to be larger in the regions which belong to the lowland agroclimatic zone, and spreading and development of the disease is larger in the submontane zone. A map of spreading the the plum pox virus on stone fruits in the Zakarpattya is created.

У результаті моніторингу кісточкових культур за допомогою візуальної діагностики та імуноферментного аналізу щодо виявлення вірусу шарки слив у різних агрокліматичних зонах Закарпатської області встановлено, що загальна площа уражених шаркою насаджень кісточкових культур більша в районах, що належать до низинної агрокліматичної зони, а поширення та розвиток хвороби більші в передгірній зоні. Створено карту поширення вірусу шарки слив на кісточкових у Закарпатті.
