Palynobiometric studies of seedless, seed and in vitro propagated vine cultivars, including application of Cluster Analysis and principal Component Analysis, have been carried out. It has been established that the most influential in the observed grouping of the studied cultivars are certain pollen aperture complex indices: colp length, colp width, mesocolpium, polar axis and equatorial axis. Despite the considerable uniformity in the micromorphological characteristics of pollen grains surface, a specific similarity in the pollen exineultrasculptural ornamentation is observed in the formed groups. The establishment of microstructural differences allows their application in ampelography for the purposes of identification and classification of various vine cultivars.
