The trial was carried out on the experimental field of the Institute of Agricultural Science - Stara Zagora on leached soil. wheat was cultivated in succession with maize for 4 years. investigated was the effect of 4 soil tillage variants (A) and 2 fertilization levels (B) and 1 control, free of fertilization. It was determined that the studied soil cultivation systems had no effect on the wheat yield. Consequence of the P80K60 fertilization (per 1 ha) from predecessor increased yield by 27,9% as compared with systems without fertilization. The P80K60 + 20 t manure fertilization (per 1 ha) increased the yield by 35,3% as compared to the control fertilization. As a result of fertilizing with P80K60 per 1 ha for the maize and with N90 kg/ha for the wheat, the number of ear stems was increased by 17,8%, and the number of grains per ear by 16,2%, compared to not fertilized controls. The supplementation of 2 t manure to the mineral mixture for the maize and fertilizing of the wheat by N90 kg/ha increased the number of ear stems by 17,8%, and the number of grains per ear - by 19,5%, compared to the not fertilized controls.
