Influence of Institutional Change on Agricultural Entrepreneurship

The entrepreneurship decision-making in the agriculture is accompanied from the changes in the external environment. The entrepreneurs just respond to the changes, as they do not create them. The goal of the paper is to study the influence of institutions, subserving for the implementation of Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) in sectors "Cereal" and "Dairy and Dairy Products" on demend and supply of agricultural goods. The running of both main dairy boards, implementing the quota system is clarified. The theoretical conceptions explicating the enterpreneurship through the market disequilibrium are drawn up, while the role of the institutions is viewd through the prism of Schumpeterian and Kirznerian approach. By this way, the identification of enterpreneurship importance in the agriculture and directions for its evolvement should be revealed.
