[Improving solvency of agricultural companies: problems and ways of solving]

The problem of agricultural company debts is examined. Current debts of agricultural companies and credit debts of companies of Mogilev region Goretski district and the whole republic is analyzed. The ways of improving current solvency of agricultural companies were suggested. Restoration of current solvency of the enterprises should be carried out on the basis of re-structuring of the delayed creditor debts. The debts formed in force not perfection of macroeconomic regulators, or otherwise for the objective reasons which are not dependent on activity of the agricultural organisations (non-parity of prices, losses from the adverse conditions which have been not compensated by insurance, etc.), should be written off in the form of the single certificate of the government with reference of losses on an internal debt of the countries. However it is necessary to notice, that at an invariance of macroeconomic conditions of economy will accumulate debts again and their write-off will be useless. It is necessary, simultaneously with the re-structuring of debts including their write-off, to carry out a number of the general economic character measures, providing formation favorable for development of agriculture of conditions which would exclude possibility of non-payments
