The revealed laws in a homeostasis of animals at the most widespread pathology of ovaries are a basis for working out and perfection of means and schemes for the purpose of regulation of sexual function of animals. Occurrence and development of obstetric-gynecologic diseases in cows occurs against decrease (before and after calving) the general protein and its fractions, deficiency of carotene in and glucose in blood that leads to infringement of homeostasis of organism, including neuroendocrine system. Functional frustrations of ovaries are a consequence of changes in system hypothalamus-hypophysis-ovaries against the broken function of a thyroid gland and are characterized by oppression of growth and development of follicles in ovaries, that does not allow to reach peak concentration of the estrogen necessary for high-grade ovulation and formation of a stage of excitation of a sexual cycle. Distinctive feature of a studied pathology of ovaries at cows is their progesterone-synthesis function: at hypofunction of ovaries the content of progesterone in blood is lowered to the minimum values (1,43±0,29 nmol/l); at persistence of yellow bodies the progesterone content is supported at constantly high level (14,55±1,02 nmol/l)
