[The influence of various kinds of organic substance, mineral fertilizers on yield and quality of potato]

The strongest influence of fertilizers on formation of a crop of a potato of variety Atlant - 46,3% is established. The ploughing under of straw (4,7-5,2 O/hectares) has not rendered essential direct action on gathering of tubers, however interaction influence between straw and fertilizers, straw and green manure crop in total crop has made 5,5 and 1,6% accordingly, application of green mass of radish olive-1,9%, and interaction between with mineral fertilizers-1,5%, with straw-1,6%. The highest recoupment of nitrogen is noted at entering N6OP60K120 at a ploughing under straw on a background of mowing of green mass of a radish olive (62 kg of potato from 1 kg/ha of working substance). Dependence of quality indicators of potato on fertilizers is revealed. Marketability of tubers raised with increase in doses of entering of mineral fertilizers, the starch content changed in inversely proportional dependence. The maintenance of nitrate nitrogen above maximum concentration limit was marked at entering N90P60K120 and N120P60K120 on all studied backgrounds of organic matter. The highest maintenance of nitrate nitrogen (on the average on a background of mowing of green weight of a radish olive 185-203 mg/kg) was observed in 2007 owing to cold, cloudy, rainy weather at the end of vegetation
