[Principles of organization of the monitoring for the information provision of decision making in reclamation]

The main methodological principles of the organization of the system of agricultural, ecological and ameliorative monitoring for the information provision of decision making on the ameliorative agricultural objects (reclamation network, reclaimed soil, agricultural vegetation, environment, nature and economics) at all stages of their life cycle (design, use, reconstruction) in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus were considered. Composition, spatial-temporal frequency and duration of the realized monitoring should correspond to the level of the models used for the decision making and provide the surplus of income over expenditure. It was proposed to organize the united state system of the economic and ecological monitoring (first of all in the agricultural branch) with the constituent part of ameliorative monitoring. For the effective use of the results of monitoring observations it was necessary to organize the information system for data storage and processing, decision making in process of design and planning of the reconstruction of the reclamation systems, decision of the type and intensity of agricultural ameliorated lands use. The developed spatial-temporal georelational information system of monitoring was realized on the basis on two correlated components (geoinformation system and specialized relational database of time series). The developed system provided the effective storage of any information type (structure, parameters, variable conditions, input and output effects, images) and proved to be effective for the storage of data of ameliorative objects monitoring at all stages of their life cycle. The developed system is open and could be used as the national system of the ameliorative agricultural monitoring in the agroindustrial complex
