[Mineral composition of powders made from processed fruit and small fruit raw material]

The results of the investigation of mineral composition including ferrum, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, natrium, potassium, iodine and selenium of powders made from processed fruit and small fruit raw material of chokeberry (Aronia melanocarpa (minch) Elliott.), black elder (Sambucus nigra L.), gooseberry (Grossularia reclinata (L.) mill), raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.), sea buckthorn \{Hippophae rhamnoides L.), diploid plum (Prunus divaricata Ledeb.), black currant (Ribes nigrum L.) and red currant (Ribes rubrum L.), service tree (Sorbus aucuparia L.), quince Japanese (Chaenomeles japonica (thumb) Lindt.) and apple tree (Malus domestica Borkh.) are given in the article. According to the investigation results the biggest contain of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus was founded at the powder of black elder squeezing. Black and red currants are the leaders of potassium and ferrum contain accordingly. Quince contains the biggest part of iodine and selenium. The biggest contain of natrium was founded out at the powder of sea buckthorn squeezing. Powders made from processed fruit and small fruit raw material may serve as an additional source of providing a man with minerals
