[Social and economic bases and preconditions of development of consumers co-operative society of Belarus]

Proceeding from the analysis of consumer cooperative activity, matters of principle of Belcoopsoyuz development policy which purpose is the satisfaction of needs of the population are determined. It is revealed, that system feature of economy of consumer cooperative society is its multipurpose and diversified industrial-economic activities, which has, however, expressed integration character. In practice it is shown that all kinds of activity of a co-operative farm under the maintenance work on trade. The role of cooperative trade, as development locomotive, capable to stimulate sales of goods by means of use of other fields of activity of consumer cooperative society opportunities is determined. Matters of principle of development policy of consumer cooperative society on the basis of realization of scientific approaches to capital investments placement on regions and fields of consumer cooperative activity, and also the newest investment and technological ideas and the projects which are based on innovative technologies of XXI century, including such, that will provide approach a foreign market of consumer cooperative society on the basis of a hitech ready product export instead of raw material are designated
